Full Unit Make-Ready Turns
We will come into your community, or rental home, and do a full unit turn for you, from previous tenants move-out date to ready for rent. This includes trash outs, replacing floorin, resurfacin cabinets and countertops, Full-Paint or touch ups, All new light fixtures and plumbin fixtures, repairs and patching, and any other common items in a unit turn.
Pricin starts out at $1000 for smaller units for labor.
Preventative Maintenance Service Plan
No need to hire a maintenance team on your payroll. Have our team come in one time, Anually, Quarterly, Monthly, or even weekly. We will take care of your basic maintenance tasks.
Maintenance Service Plan
We will come into your facility or your rental homes weekly, to complete work orders on all of your units that have any items needin attention. This service plan is for a smaller property that doesn't have a need for onsite maintenance, but still needs somebody to come in and take care of that leaky faucet, or that FCI in the bathroom that stopped workin
